Privacy policy

This service has no accounts and collects nothing that identifies a person. If it were breached there would be nothing to take: no name, contact or address on our side. What you leave stays on your device.

• Readings from the measurement are not sent anywhere. This tool does not save progress either. Reload and it measures again.
• The server counts anonymous events only: the date, a step name such as page opened, measurement finished, or share clicked, the screen language, and an origin label for roughly where you came from. It does not record the values we measured.
• To count how many people came today we also receive one daily rotating mark: four common values (screen size, time zone, first language and touch input) mixed with today's date and this app's name and reduced so it cannot be reversed. The strong values this page measures, such as audio and canvas, are not used at all.
• So the value changes completely when the day changes. There is no way to link yesterday's line to today's, or to our other services. Grouping lines within one day is the only thing it can do.
• To help pay for running this service we may show Google AdSense ads at the bottom of the page. If so, Google may use cookies or advertising identifiers for ads, under Google's own policies. Your readings are still never sent to our server.

Retention and deletion

Anything stored on your device goes away when you clear your browser data. The anonymous counts on our server contain no value that could be traced back to a person.

This site is served through Cloudflare, which automatically injects a script into our pages that records visits. We did not add it, so we have set the browser to refuse it. That record does not go out. The tag itself is still inserted by the front end, so we say so here to keep you informed. We do not use cookies.
